Credits are used for the AI features: text generation (1 credit), AI Boost (6 credits), and automatic publishing. Scheduling, the calendar and AI tasks are completely free and unlimited.

Purchases are one-time payments, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you have a billing concern, contact us at contact@postvanta.app.

Credits bought in packs never expire. Each purchase is a one-time payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards through our secure, encrypted payment platform. Your bank details are never stored on our servers.

Absolutely. All communications are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Your content and media remain exclusively yours. We never share your data with third parties and we are GDPR compliant.

Credits are automatically refunded if an AI generation fails or hits a technical error. However, if the generation worked correctly but the result does not suit you, the credits are not refunded. You can run a new generation with a different prompt to get a better result.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The new price is calculated pro rata. Additional credits are added immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next renewal.
