01Purpose

These General Terms of Use define the terms of access to and use of the Postvanta, available at postvanta.app.

By using the platform you accept these conditions in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.

02Service publisher

03Access to the service

The Postvanta platform is available 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. Access to the service requires an internet connection and a compatible web browser.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify or interrupt all or part of the service without notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or security reasons.

04Sign-up and account

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Do not share your account with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You are fully responsible for how your account is used. Only one account is permitted per user.

05Credits and payments

Credit system

Postvanta operates on a credit system. Credits are required to use the AI optimisation features. They are obtained through one-time credit pack purchases.

Payments

• Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• Transactions are secured by our payment providers

Refund Policy

Credits purchased are non-refundable once used. For unused credits, a refund request can be made in the 14 jours following purchase, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

06AI services

Postvanta provides AI-based video content optimisation services. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are provided for guidance only
• We do not guarantee specific results in terms of views or engagement
• Performance depends on many external factors (platform algorithms, content quality, etc.)
• Optimisation suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees

You remain fully responsible for the content you publish on third-party platforms.

07Intellectual property

Our property

All elements of the platform (design, code, brands, logos, texts) are the exclusive property of HEALTH GUM. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you import to the platform. By submitting it, you grant us a limited and temporary licence to process it in order to provide the requested services.

08Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of results
• We are not liable for indirect damage
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for third-party interruptions

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law and the terms of use of third-party platforms.

09Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
• Non-payment of amounts due
• Extended inactivity (24 months without logging in)

11Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully applicable.
